新型となるデニムパンツです。

長年の経年変化の先に宿る何年も使い込んだような深い表情。
リアルとイメージの中間点を模索しその塩梅をデザインに置き換えました。

色作りでは暖かい気候の下を意識して
発色はやや淡めの色調に抑えグラデーションの美しさを追求しております。

シルエットも古着の持ついなたさを参考にした
太すぎず細すぎずのレギュラーストレート。

しかし野暮ったすぎるものは苦手なので
トラウザー由来のパターンも混ぜ合わせ、美しく伸びのよい形に落とし込んでいます。

手擦りによるグラデーションフェード、
箇所ごとに筆で載せる汚しと色付け、上糸だけを削ったり、小穴を散らしたり。

全て、職人と話し合いながら一本一本に手作業で加工を加えることで
ANCELLM にしかない立体感と表情を作り上げています。

途方に暮れるような時間と労力の上でようやく完成とされるANCELLMのデニム。

These denim trousers are the new model.

The deep look of years of use that dwells beyond the years of ageing.

We sought a middle ground between realism and image.

We have translated this into the design.

The coloring is kept slightly light and the beauty of the gradation is pursued with an eye to warmer climates.

The silhouette is a regular straight, not too thick and not too thin, referring to the inattentiveness of old clothes.

However, since we are not good at things that are too wild, we also mix in trouser-derived patterns, and have dropped it into a beautiful, stretchy shape.

Gradation fade by hand rubbing, staining and coloring with a brush in each area, shaving only the upper threads, scattering small holes, etc.

All of these processes are done by hand, one by one, while discussing with the craftsman, to create a three-dimensionality and expression that is unique to ANCELLM.

The denim of ANCELLM is considered to be finally completed after an interminable period of time and effort.

It is a work of confidence.
