継続して製作しているデニムジャケット。

長年の研究と職人の技術を全面に宿したデニムは、ANCELLMの象徴となる存在です。

ベースにはVINTAGEの名作を据え、理解を深めながらあえて崩して現代の形として再構成することで、パターンやバランス、ディテールをアップデート。

着心地や動きやすさを向上させながら、全体で美しく収まるようにパターンを調整しました。

細かな汚しや小穴の一つ一つまでバランスを計算し熟練の職人が一点一点に手作業で加工に臨むことで、手擦りによって淡いグラデーションのフェードが生まれ独自調合の染料でキャラクターを重ねる。

立体的なコントラストを強調し、淡色・中色・濃色のそれぞれのレイヤーで色彩のバランスを測りながらムードを構築しています。

古着とは異なる経年変化を思い描いて風合いを宿し何層にも感じられる奥行きを表現しました。


A denim jacket that has been continuously developed and refined over the years.

Denim, shaped by years of research and the skills of experienced craftsmen, has become one of ANCELLM’s defining signatures.

Built upon iconic vintage denim jackets as its foundation, the design is carefully deconstructed and reconstructed into a contemporary form.

Through this process, the pattern, proportions, and details have been updated, while the fit and ease of movement are enhanced.

Every element of the pattern has been carefully adjusted to create a beautifully balanced silhouette as a whole. Every mark, subtle stain, and small hole is carefully considered in relation to the overall balance.

Skilled craftsmen then individually hand-finish each piece, creating soft, gradual fades through hand abrasion before layering the character of the denim with specially formulated dyes.

The three-dimensional contrast is further emphasized by carefully balancing shades of light, medium, and deep tones, building a distinctive mood through multiple layers of color.

Rather than simply recreating the appearance of vintage denim, we envisioned a different kind of aging—one that develops its own character over time.

The result is a denim jacket with a rich, layered depth and a sense of texture that reveals itself gradually.
