特殊な染めを施したスウェットを制作。

素材は1950～60年代に生産されていた
裏毛をオリジナルで再現しました。

吊り編み機でゆっくり編み立てる事で、
ランダムなブツブツが表に出る事により独特な霜降り、
ループを表現しています。

空紡糸を使用する事で最初は硬く着ていくうちに
風合いの増していく裏毛になります。

和歌山でもこの裏毛を表現できる吊り編み機は極めて少数で、
一度他の生地を編むと再現が難しいといわれています。

その最高の素材を使用し、
パターンで着用感を高めたものに、
一流の加工を施し、 存在感のある仕上がりになりました。

染めを施し、クラッシュをさせる。

最後に色気を整えるという
多くの工程を経てようやく完成する奥行きができました。

Sweatshirt produced with a special dyeing process.

The material is a back hair produced in the 1950s and 1960s.

Original reproduction.

By knitting slowly on a suspension knitting machine,
The random blobs on the surface are exposed to create a unique marbled and loops are expressed.

By using air-spun yarn,  the hard it will be at first.
The more you wear it, the more the texture increases.

There are only a very few suspension knitting machines in Wakayama that can produce this yarn,
It is said that once other fabrics are knitted, it is difficult to reproduce.

The best material is used,
The pattern enhances the feel of the garment,
First-class processing is applied, and
The result is a finish with a strong sense of presence.

Dyeing, and crashed.
Finally, the depth of the finished garment is achieved through a number of processes

The final stage of the process is the colouring process.
